Spyke is a Discord bot and hence you must also agree to the Discord Terms of Service and Discord Privacy Policyin order to use the Spyke Discord bot.
You must also agree to interact with this bot manually, and not through any automated means. This includes but is not limited to bots, scripts, macros, or any other automated means.
